1. Start New Campaign
   Navigate to Dashboard → Campaigns → Add Campaign.

2. Name & Audience
   Give the campaign a descriptive name and use the Filter Contacts option to select the target audience.

3. Define Schedule & Goal
   Set the Start & End Dates for the campaign and select the primary Campaign Goal from the dropdown list.

4. Set Qualification
   Define the AI's conversational objective by adding the Qualification Prompt and specifying the data points it should extract using Qualification Parameters.

5. Select WhatsApp Agent
   Choose the appropriate WhatsApp Agent from the list to handle the outbound messaging. (Skip the Voice Agent selection if this is a message-only campaign).

6. Launch Campaign
   Click Create to finalize the setup and schedule the campaign for its defined launch date.
