The idea for Kipps.AI came from a simple frustration: businesses were losing customers not because their product was bad, but because no one picked up the phone at 11 PM, or replied to a WhatsApp message over the weekend.
We were inspired by TARS from Interstellar — an AI that's always available, always helpful, and adapts to every situation. We asked: why can't every business have something like that?
In 2024, Nishit and Aditi started building exactly that — AI agents that answer calls, qualify leads, book appointments, and handle support queries, around the clock, in the customer's language.
