Organization Notification Settings

Introduction

Managing communication preferences across an entire organization can quickly become overwhelming without centralized controls. To solve this, we have introduced a dedicated Notifications section under Organization Settings, giving administrators complete oversight of outbound email alerts. This new interface eliminates inbox clutter while ensuring critical system and lead alerts always reach the right people.

Feature Highlights

• Master Control Switch: Instantly enable or disable all organization-wide email notifications with a single toggle.
• Granular Alert Preferences: Fine-tune notifications for specific events like Low Credit, Inbound Leads, Hot Leads, Campaign Status, and Integration Status.
• System & Engagement Reminders: Manage administrative alerts including API Key Errors, User Engagement Reminders, and Agent Feedback Reminders.

How to Use

1. Navigate to Organization Settings and select the Notifications tab.
2. Use the master Email Notifications toggle to globally enable or disable all organization emails.
3. Customize your preferences by toggling individual notification types (e.g., Hot Lead, API Key Error) on or off.
4. Observe the confirmation indicator; changes are saved automatically and apply immediately to all future notifications.
