Inbound Call Forwarding for Plivo Numbers

You can now enable inbound call forwarding on any Plivo number directly from the KIPPS platform. When a call comes in, it gets routed to a number of your choice — while KIPPS keeps a full record of every interaction.

  • Forward to Any Number — Route inbound calls to a mobile, landline, or any external number with a single configuration
  • Automatic Call Logs — Caller number, call duration, and timestamp are captured automatically for every forwarded call
  • Call Recordings — Every forwarded call is recorded and stored on the platform
  • In-Platform Audio Player — Replay recordings directly from the call logs without downloading anything
  • Transcripts — Full call transcripts are generated and attached to each log entry

Previously:

  • Calls coming in on Plivo numbers could only be handled by the AI agent
  • There was no way to route inbound calls to a human team member or external number

Now, you can set up call forwarding in minutes and have a complete audit trail of every call automatically.


How to Use

  1. Go to Phone Numbers in the left sidebar.
  2. Select the Plivo number you want to configure.
  3. Enable Inbound Call Forwarding and enter the destination number.
  4. Save the configuration — all incoming calls will now be forwarded.
  5. View call logs, recordings, and transcripts under the Call Logs section.
