How to Use

1. Navigate to Integrations in the dashboard and select Cliniko.
2. Enter your Cliniko API Key and API Shard, then select your clinic location and save.
3. Open your AI Voice Agent → Functions → click Create Function.
4. Select Cliniko Booking to install Cliniko tools: Doctor Lookup (get_cliniko_doctors), Slot Availability (check_cliniko_availability), Appointment Booking (book_cliniko_appointment), Reschedule (reschedule_cliniko_appointment), Cancel (cancel_cliniko_appointment), and Patient Lookup (lookup_cliniko_patient).
5. Your voice agent will now dynamically handle real-time clinic inquiries, doctor matching, and appointment updates live during calls.
