Setting Up Webhook Real-Time Updates

  1. Select Agent
    Click on any existing Agent you have created.
  2. Navigate Settings
    Go to the Speech Setting section.
  3. Find Webhook
    Locate the Webhook Setting section (typically at the bottom).
  4. Paste URL
    Paste your Webhook URL into the designated field to receive real-time updates on all agent interactions.
